    随着中国高等教育事业发展的不断前进，学生的素质水平也成了中职院校关注的焦点，由于越来越多的中职学校将体育教学这门必修课程置于教学重点位置，从而使学生的身体素质水平也随之获得了提升，中职学校中作为培养应用型人才，技术型人才的平台，更应注重学生身体素质，在中职运动课程中，通过拓展活动的融入，让更多的体育教师看到了高效的教学效果，从而获得中职学校的广泛应用。本文将为拓展活动在中职体育课程中的对策探讨提供一定针对性的方案。
