    Abstract：

    社会经济的进步和发展也进一步推动了建筑行业的前进，在企业内部出现了“导师带徒”的工作模式，这也是企业为了培养人才比较广泛使用的一种方法。“导师带徒”人才培养模式可以提高员工的综合素质与工作能力，激发工作热情等特点。本文针对“导师带徒”模式中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了相应的解决对策，以促进企业的健康、稳定发展。
