Abstract：

建筑工程进度管理是建筑工程管理的重要组成部分，对保证施工质量、缩短施工周期、加强施工安全具有重要意义。然而，在当前施工进度管理中仍然存在许多影响因素，不利于提高施工管理水平。因此，应不断探索项目管理有效措施和途径，在实际施工环境中制定一系列方案，确保建设项目在规定时间内顺利完成。
