    Abstract：

    在基层卫生院的运营发展实践中，档案管理是至关重要的内容。为切实有效地增强档案管理实效，不断优化档案管理质量，基层卫生院要顺应时代的发展特征，科学全面地创新以及变革档案管理方式方法，积极增强档案管理成效。现阶段，基层卫生院档案管理中尚存在着较为突出的问题与不足，亟待运用精细化的改进措施，以此来最大程度彰显档案资源的利用价值以及凭证作用。
