    Abstract：

    阅读教学是初中语文教师关注的重中之重。在阅读教学过程中，教师要充分发挥学生的主体作用，以巩固学生的知识、陶冶学生的情操、促进学生的人格完善为目的，综合运用多种教学策略提升学生的阅读能力。文章指出，引导学生注意积累、提升能力，带领学生有效朗读、品味感悟，促进学生交流讨论、各抒己见，鼓励学生质疑探究、自主领悟等，均是行之有效的阅读教学策略。这些策略有利于学生良好阅读习惯的养成和阅读教学质量的提升。
