    新闻翻译的关键即促进信息的传播，译者在翻译过程中要确保翻译的信息能够被受众清晰理解，这样才能真正发挥传媒翻译的作用。因此，在新闻翻译中，译者要发挥主体性，确保信息流畅无误地传播。翻译过程中，译者既要对新闻原件负责，也要对受众负责。本文以译者的主体性为主题，并以英汉新闻翻译为例，来探讨英汉新闻翻译过程中译者主体性的发挥及应用。
