Abstract：

要改进文化教学的方式，改变传统的填鸭式、死记硬背、刷题式的教学方式，注重研究型的文化教育和探究式的学习。实施素质教育的目标之一就是要在教学中不断地进行变革，不断地进行创新，不断地改进教学的效果。因此，加强课堂的有效作用，对促进学生的综合发展是有益的，从而促进了实施素质教育。
