    Abstract：

    新课标下《数学课程标准》明确指出：学生是学习的主人。在教学中，教师不能唱独角戏，注重培养学生自主学习的意识和习惯。尤其在华东师大版初中数学教学中，教师是数学学习中的组织者、引导者与合作者。这就要求教师在教学中灵活运用多种教学策略，充分调动学生的学习积极性，引导学生在民主和谐的氛围中学会学习。
