    Abstract：

    现阶段的幼儿教育发展正进入到非常重要的阶段，为了在今后的教育中得到更好的成绩，要充分把握好活动的组织方式，坚持在教师指导方面按照科学合理的方式进行探究，告别传统指导的局限性，应通过活动激发出幼儿的学习兴趣，并且把握好幼儿的学习特点和学习方式，提高教师指导的创新水平。幼儿园教育活动的组织和优化，还要从幼儿中得到较多的反馈，引导家长积极的参与，最终提高活动的质量，提高幼儿的综合素质。
