    Abstract：

    随着教育教学的改革与发展，核心素养在教育教学中的地位越来越重要，尤其是在社会对人才要求愈发增加的时代背景下，综合型人才的缺口逐渐增加。为此，在对高中英语学科核心素养下学生多元化能力培养的重要意义进行阐述分析的基础上，提出了有效的培养策略，进而便能够有利于高中生多元化能力以及核心素养的有效培养，能够推动高中生的全面发展。
