    Abstract：

    小学数学教师在对学生进行数学知识传授的过程中，要将提升数学课堂教学的有效性作为教学重点，就要为学生设立有效的教学目标，创设有效的数学课堂教学情境，有效构建和谐民主的师生关系，注重数学学习方式的有效性，同时巧用多媒体有效辅助数学课堂教学。教学过程中需要采用激励性评价，以此提升小学数学课堂教学的有效性，促进小学生数学学习效率的有效提升。
