    Abstract：

    随着社会的不断发展，学前教育受到越来越多人的重视。幼儿园园长肩负着重大的责任和义务，他不仅是一名教师，还是整个幼儿园的中心力量，在提高教师综合素养的同时也要促进幼儿身心的健康发展。因此，园长应积极调整教育理念，明确自己的身份定位，秉持以人为本的教育原则，逐渐完善管理制度，并且加强文化建设，充分保证管理工作的效率。
