    Abstract：

    现在的教育体系大多都采用的都是班级授课制，而这种教育形式无法满足所有学生的学习以及个性化发展，所，教师必须引入分层教学，从学生的差异性出发分层各个层次，根据每个层次综合的学习能力以及学习状态有针对性地设计学习内容以及作业内容。本文从分层导学案、问题以及作业这三个方面，阐述了分层教学在小学数学的应用策略。
