    幼儿园阶段的孩子在正处于学习与认知世界的萌芽阶段，作为幼儿教师在实际教学中教师也应该要引导幼儿逐步形成较为优秀的语言表达能力，让幼儿能够在获取基础知识与生活智慧的同时能够对内心地活动与感受进行明确的表达，并能够在互动与沟通中进一步强化能力的成长。在幼儿教育中最为重要的部分就是对于互动策略的选择，互动也是帮助幼儿进行能力成长的基础所在。
