    Abstract：

    伴随着我国社会经济的不断发展，城市化进程不断地推进，城市轨道交通得到了长足的发展。城市轨道交通面临的压力也越来越大，由于覆盖面积广，多发因素引起的突发事件概率大，关系到人们的出行安全和社会影响。本文着重从城市轨道交通突发事件应急管理的特点出发，多方面研究应对城市轨道交通突发事件应急措施，力求为我国城市轨道交通突发事件应急管理提供思路和借鉴。
