    Abstract：

    在新的改革开放阶段，我国的城市化进程不断加速，同时，城市建设也越来越多。可以说，这是一个城市建设的结果。可以悄无声息地影响到小镇的正常生活。而城市建设项目的安全和质量，也是政府机关非常重视的一环。本文以市政工程为切入点，对其实施安全和品质控制进行了探讨。其次，分析了当前工作面临的问题和存在的共性问题，并从各个层次上提出了一些有效的安全和质量控制措施。
