Abstract：
对于城市规划来说，建筑设计是前者的重要组成,而城市规划又是后者的核心，二者之间具有紧密联系。在中国以往的城市规划和建筑工作中本文从建筑和城市规划介绍开始,二者的开展往往缺乏长期计划,城市规划需要随着地区发展动态进行调整,计划存在一定的滞后性,而建筑设计具有一定的随机性,在设计时更为注重建筑功能,以及局部美观,对于城市整体的审美影响缺乏科学考量。找出了新趋势下中国建筑设计与城市规划所面临的重大问题,从而为新形态下建筑学和都市规划提供了有针对性的指导对策.
