    Abstract：

    “教师口语”是培养学生运用标准、流畅的普通话进行口语表达及教育教学能力的一门实践性很强的技能课程。将思政元素融入“教师口语”课程教学内容，将知识传授与价值引领有机结合，不仅能有效提高学生的口语表达能力和教育教学能力，还能让学生继承中华优秀传统文化、红色革命文化和社会主义先进文化，学会如何做人、如何做事，树立远大的职业理想，增强文化自信和民族自信。
