    Abstract：

    随着当前人们生活质量的不断提高，人们越来越重视在日常饮食中的膳食搭配，以提高自身抵抗力，促进身体健康。同时我国居民在饮食当中对肉类的需求量不断增加，这使得我国畜牧业获得了相应的发展，在畜牧业发展时，为了让养殖工作安全进行，需要定期对动物做好检疫工作，通过检疫的方式让动物减少患病的概率，从而提高肉类产品的整体质量，因此畜牧业在发展过程中需要通过动物检疫的方式来保障其健康发展。
