    铁路运输在国民经济中占有十分重要的地位，铁路安全稳定对社会经济发展具有重要意义。目前各种测量方法不断发展，优化线路网应提上议事日程，只有这样才能提高测量精度，提高铁路维修质量和效率。铁路的后续维护是一个非常重要的要素为了使高速列车得到良好的运行和维护。
