Abstract：

面向路面使用性能则以公路使用性能指标最优制定养护决策，能更好地结合路面状况选择合理的养护方案，从而延长公路使用寿命，保障服务水平和行车安全。在实际决策中，资金是有限的，在以提升路面使用性能为目标的同时考虑资金等其他约束，建立信息化、智能化的公路养护决策系统才能为公路养护提供科学有效的决策支持。
