    体育机构具有明显的公益属性。通常，事业单位的财务管理是为了规范资金的收支，提高资金的利用效率，为群众体育和竞技体育的发展提供资金保障。这就要求体育机构更加重视财务管理，做好财务预算，为各项体育活动的开展提供资金支持。加强资金管理，优化资金配置，提高资金利用率；加强财务监管和评估，减少不必要的财务风险和诚信风险，不断为社会创造更多有效的体育价值。
