    Abstract：

    我国经济高速发展，建筑行业顺此东风在各地大量建设，而工程装修是建筑建设中的一个重要阶段，面对近些年频发的装修安全事故，建筑企业应当给予其足够的重视，做好安全。在此环境中，本文阐述了建设工程装修施工特点，而后分析了建设工程装修阶段安全影响因素，最后围绕强化人员安全意识和教育培训、制定施工安全管理制度、注重施工过程的消防安全管理三个安全管理方面展开深入探究。
