    为提高黄河下游河道测验的数字化和信息化水平，黄河水利委员会山东水文水资源局在黄河山东河段建立了由10座单基站CORS组成的多基站CORS系统，并在多基站CORS系统中引进了云服务器和云VPN技术，成功应用于黄河下游河道测验和水文测验工作中。
