    各位老师，说实在的，在教师队伍中，我不算是一个新兵，因为今年已经是我教学的第19个年头。但在班主任队伍里，我就是一个新兵，而且是一个菜鸟级的新兵，因为这是我来本校7年里第一次当班主任。在坐的很多都是经验丰富优秀的班主任，所以，今天的班主任交流我诚惶诚恐，如有发言不当之处，尽请批评指正。我今天发言的主题是“严在该严处，爱在理性中”。
