    Abstract：

    产业政策作为企业行为的重要基础，不仅可以优化产业内与产业间的资源配置，还可以通过传导机制改善企业决策环境和影响企业的行为，提高企业创新技术的动力和融资的可获得性。本文立足综述性研究，通过梳理学术界关于对产业政策与企业行为关系研究的成果，寻找研究理论依据、现状、逻辑及存在问题，并据此思考提出个人对产业政策及企业行为的影响认识。
