    高职教育是职业教育的重中职重，是实现国家职业教育目标的重要方式，所以高职教育的良好发展是非常重要的。而教学督导工作能够对教学的过程进行全面的掌控，通过教学督导与教学建设和教学管理相结合的方式能够有效地提升高职教育的教学水平。
