我园针对骨干教师转岗流失新手教师剧增,教师专业能力水平参差不齐的现象,开展“同课异构”教研活动带动教师培训,通过“1+N”的方式,研讨→实践→反思→再实践→再反思......不断尝试反复磨合,促进教师集体研讨准确评估幼儿的现有发展水平及实际需要,深入思考活动材料,把握教育契机,选择相应的教育方式、手段,及时进行教学反思从而掌握适宜的教育策略,在有效的师幼互动中凸显教学个性、提升专业能力水平和教育价值,并生成优质的教学资源,实现优资共享,提升教师教研水平,促进园本教研发展。
