    在城市的发展进程中，供暖系统的作用越来越突出。目前，我国城市供暖系统运行成本较高，效率有待提升，在运行期间需要能耗较大。因此，必须对城市供暖体系进行运行管理，减少其在运行过程中的能源消耗，这样才能真正实现节约能源和保护环境的目的。
