Abstract：
体育课在中学时期是一门非常重要的课程，许多地方早已将体育列入升学记分中，并且占据的分值在不断提升。所以，在如此的新时期下，就需要对体育课加强重视，不但要激发学生的运动技能，也需要加强学生的身体素质，进一步提高学生的体育核心素养。
