Abstract：
农村中小学美育是培养学生发现美、创造美的能力的教育，是一项长期且重要的工作，关系着学生健康成长与全面发展，关系到国民素质水平，关系到新农村建设与精神文明建设。新时代农村中小学美育已取得了长足发展，但因传统思想观念和区位影响，受各项办学条件限制，美育仍然是农村中小学教育中的薄弱环节。
