    Abstract：

    在素质教育理念的背景下，幼师应注重对幼儿良好习惯及综合素质的培养，通过开展一系列的幼儿园学前教育活动来促进幼儿健康成长与发展，因此，幼师要不断提升自身综合素质，创设良好的学前教育氛围，加强与幼儿的互动性，以多元化的游戏活动及语言引导来激发幼儿的学习兴趣，从而提高幼儿园学前教育活动的有效性。
