Abstract：
教育改革的创新发展过程中，高中课外体育活动开展的模式创新也显得格外重要，通过创新课外体育活动模式这就能有助于调动学生学习参与积极性。将体育社团的形式和课外体育活动相结合就有着其需求，基于此，本文先就高中课外体育活动体育社团形式应用的价值以及现状进行阐述，然后就体育社团形式的应用措施详细探究。
