    Abstract：

    计算是小学数学的基础，在学习过程中计算贯穿始终，是学生学习的最基础的能力。在小学数学学习过程中，计算能力是学生学习的重要组成部分，学生的计算能力直接影响数学学习效果。因此，教师在实际教学过程中应当注重培养学生的数学计算能力，通过提高学生的数学学习成绩帮助学生养成良好的思维习惯，进而促进学生达到合理运算，灵活计算的目标，提高学生的核心素质，使得素质教育高效开展。基于此，本文从当前小学数学计算能力培养现状及培养策略进行探讨。
