    Abstract：

    小学是学生各项能力提升的基础阶段，教师并不能够强求学生去对尚未接受到的新内容进行理解。因此，教师就应该注重对高效的数学课堂进行构建，使得学生的学习兴趣得到更好地培养，促使学生积极主动地参与到课堂的互动环节当中，提升学生的学习效果。本文从“培养学生兴趣、发展学生能力、提升教师素质”三个方面入手，阐述了小学数学高效课堂的构建策略。
