    Abstract：

    随着工业强度的增加，设备运行强度增大，故障发生可能性也越来越大，且一旦发生损失严重。因此为保障生产安全，机电设备管理系统的要求也不断提高。通过对机械设备的各个部件或对其整体进行状态监测来判断设备的运行是否正常，及时发现故障征兆；通过实时自动监测检查设备的老化损坏程度，做出预防警报，及时采取应对措施。旨在不影响设备的正常运行情况下，判定可能发生故障的位置，进行故障预报，提供有效的预防方案。
