    Abstract：

    配电自动化系统以具备遥测、遥信、遥控功能的智能开关和配电终端为基础，实现配电网实时监测和相间短路故障智能自愈，有效减少配网故障停电时间，提高供电可靠性。但现已推广使用的配电自动化系统仅具备相间短路故障自愈功能，而对占到配网故障80%的单相接地故障却无有效的处理手段，使得接地故障处理难度大，停电时间长，无法满足客户对可靠供电的要求，减弱了配电自动化系统的应用成效。鉴于此，本文对基于配电自动化的配网单相接地故障定位与自愈进行探讨。
