    Abstract：

    通过对教材中“遗传密码的破译”内容进行补充，利用PBL教学法开展高中生物学史教学。通过创设问题情境，引导学生分析资料进行自主学习和小组探究学习，探究遗传密码的破译过程，归纳遗传密码的特性，在分析和解决问题中发展学生的科学思维和科学探究能力。
