    Abstract：

    在新课程改革的不断发展过程中，初中化学作为学生学习的一门重要学科，对于老师的教育教学工作也有着较高的要求，“后茶馆”式的教学方法对于老师高效率地完成教学目标和提高学生素质教育全面发展有着重要意义，基于让初中学生认真学习化学知识和拓宽化学思维的教学目的，本文结合实际的化学课堂教学经验，分析研究了化学老师在“后茶馆”师的教学下如何对初中化学课堂作业进行教学，对提高学生的整体学习能力发挥了不小的作用。
