    培养初中学生道德与法治学科核心素养，是一个循序渐进的长期过程，不能一蹴而就。它需要在理解核心素养概念与内涵的基础上，明确初中道德与法治学科核心素养培养要素，并采用彻底转变道德与法治课堂教学基本理念，开展必要辩论活动，努力培养初中学生的辩证思维，尽可能培养学生自主学习能力和更多营造体验式的教学情境等培养途径，培养初中学生的道德与法治学科核心素养。
