    Abstract：

    随着防误装置/系统的推广应用，国家电网公司出台相关政策，指导检修作业过程中安全控制的技术措施：检修结束后，被检修设备应恢复到检修许可状态，并移交给运维人员；当有现场维护和调试时，禁止在相关时间间隔内远程操作设备。目前，电气一次设备和操作倒闸操作有完善的安全技术措施。但维护工作中的防误措施取决于操作人员的责任心和技术水平，主观性强，缺乏刚性约束的技术措施。
