“工作室”模式是一种以师带徒为主的储备人才培养模式。本文以园长工作室为阐述对象，阐述了工作室建设的背景、目标及构想，以及为充分发挥名园长的示范辐射引领作用，在建设过程中制定的人才培养模式，为幼儿园园长专业的人才培养模式提供参考作用。
