Abstract：
国企政工工作对于提升员工思想政治觉悟、业务能力以及促进国有企业发展都有着重要的作用。新形势下，传统的国企政工工作模式已经不适于国企现阶段的发展情况，导致工作过程中存在较为明显的局限性，国有企业必须提高政工工作水平，在工作流程上进行变革，保证能够与国有企业的运营模式相符，并带动员工工作热情以及积极性，从而使国有企业获得新的发展。
