    青年教师在专业成长的过程中应该提高自己的自信心。青年教师应该加强反思，反思包括正面经验的提升和负面经验的批判两个方面。其中最重要的是将这种隐性的专业知识显性化。可通过专研教材，课堂呈现方式的多样化，课后积极的总结思考实现。
