Abstract：
加涅的教学设计的基本原理可以概括为:根据不同的学习结果类型创设不同的学习的内部条件并相应安排学习的外部条件。加涅的教学设计原理建立在对学习结果分类理论的基础上,并根据其理论提出许多具体的教学设计技术,诸如确定并陈述教学目标的技术、任务分析的技术、教学事件、教学结果测量与评价的技术。加涅的教学设计原理对我国当前的学校教学设计具有一定的启示作用，也是教师日常进行教学反思的标杆。
