    Abstract：

    身心健康是现代社会中人们的普遍追求，对于学生来说只有拥有了健康的身体，才能更好地投入到学习和生活中来。体育作为素质教育中的重要项目，在近年来的教育发展中得到了不断的重视，小学生体育教学的目标是锻炼身体、要在体育教学中实现学生的综合性发展，而体育游戏的教学方法能够有效的引起小学生的注意力，进而更快的让孩子投入到教师安排的体育锻炼中去，得到了广大师生的认可和运用。
