Abstract：
轮对升降磁粉检测车主要功能是通过液压装置把轮对原地抬升一定高度使其脱离轨道，通过一套齿轮传动机构使轮对旋转。这样可以使探伤设备在同一平面高度进行360°旋转探测，整体过程平稳、安全、省时、省力，有效提高了社会效益、经济效益、安全效益。
