Abstract：
电力是社会发展不可或缺的重要资源，随着经济的发展，人们对电力的依赖性越来越强。为了提高电力运行的安全性与可靠性，电力行业应当不断改进工作，从继电保护以及紧急控制系统入手，使互联电网的安全防御能力得到增强。文中将对当前继电保护与紧急控制系统发展的基本现状进行分析，并提出加强相关研究应当注意的关键点，最后提出提高互联电网安全防御能力的主要途径。
