简析新时代的大学精神

Abstract：

大学文化的灵魂与核心是大学精神，大学精神的发展、创新和延续是大学生坚定理想信念、实现远大理想的重要法宝。但随着功利主义的牵引，校园精神文化建设不足，教师育人意识淡薄，大学朝着行政化方向加速蜕变等内外部因素影响，大学精神呈现衰微的不良态势。因此，如何加强新时代下大学精神的延续和发展，显得尤为重要。
