某海上油田试运行初期注水井配注量为25m3/h,平台注水泵额定排量190m3/h,二者之间存在较大差值,注水泵试注期间泵体温升过快无法稳定运行。本文考虑通过创新依托平台现有流程,不利用冷却器实现水源井水降温、减少注水泵出口回流,解决大排量多级离心泵在小排量注水时泵体高温问题。本着安全,创新,高效的原则实施,保障注水泵正常运转。
